Hii, I have Raymond in boxes. We’ve had a good ride and I got his photo a while back so when he asked to leave I said ok. I got him off my husband, who got him as his forced smug camper (completely oblivious of his popularity, naturally)! He’s not been gifted any furniture or house items and only a few (well-selected/within his style and colour preference) items of clothing.

I have more than enough NMT’s and Bells so I am only looking for TBT offers. Must have an open plot by the time the auction is over.

Auction starts at 500 TBT. B/O is at 1500 TBT.

I will keep this open until 10PM BST tonight (30th May), which is in roughly 6 hours.

I think it may be due to the starting price/B/O price, Raymond is a lot more common than he used to be thanks to the campsite method, and just the game being out for longer

Ah ok! I just took the prices from recent Raymond auctions on here where most had 1500 as the BO price and he sold for around 800 TBT. Otherwise hard to gage prices in a currency unfamiliar to you if not just using other similar auctions as precedent...

I believe that the starting bid and buyout is a little too high. Not to offend you or anything! Since people have been using dupe glitches to the fullest extent, people doing the campsite method (including me!), and overall many people having him, Raymond's price has actually dropped! I understand that it's hard to convert NMT price to TBT, but from what I've been seeing, it's 1:1 right now! (Lowering the starting bid might actually attract someone who wants him, too!)

As others have said I wold lower the starting bid. I'm not interested, but I saw your thread a few hours ago and immediately though "the starting bid is too high". There is another thread of someone selling him for just 150 NMTs, so his price has definitely dropped.

I understand that prices vary, but I saw two recent threads where he was sold for TBT at 800, which I felt was better to go by as didn’t necessitate a currency conversion. But I am aware that he is cheaper in NMT now! I just haven’t seen a stable conversion rate yet.

I would obviously rather not void him so I am happy to lower the starting bid to 300. If there’s no uptake then I will TT to keep him in boxes and do a giveaway format instead. That way at least someone will be super happy with him!
