Closest Call?

What was your closest call in the game? Mine was when I almost sold my 4 leaf clover because I thought it was trash XD.

Recently I took a short, barely couple of days break from playing to devote more time to some other games. When I came back I found out that one of my favorite villagers not only wanted to move, but wanted to move out on the 29th... and that was yesterday! Needless to say, close call. Reminds me of a time last year where the same thing happened but I came back to Olivia in boxes Hopefully I can avoid that even more in the future!
