Club LOL Outright Refuses To Build?!

I'm having a massive issue with getting this stupid place to build T3T I've Googled it to death and different sites say anything between 24 hours to 8 days after Dr. Shrunk has all of his signatures. He shows up the day after T&T Mart opens. In my world, T&T Mart opened on 26/09/13 (26th September) and it's now 07/10/13 (7th October) which is 11 days. Now, to me, this is ridiculous. As soon as I saw Dr Shrunk, I got the signatures in less than an hour and off he went. I understand time travelling may affect it, but I've not time traveled whatsoever; not even a minute.

Is there anything I can do? Is my game glitched? Please don't say I need to start over or I'll be truly annoyed xD Summer is the best time for catching insects and fish! D:

Any help would be well and truly appreciated!!

I read somewhere that TTing a certain amount 'resets' the counter for Club LOL. Anyone know anything about this? I can't see to find the post anymore x3x

It felt like it took forever to get my Club Lol. In fact, I had forgotten about it when it finally built. Try giving it a full two weeks. It might actually take that long.

I hope so! I really would love to have Club LOL without resetting. I'm not a massive fan of my village, but I've been playing for about a month and a half now and I never was any good at resetting in Wild World xD I only did it when I'd not played the game for 6 months+ and everyone I liked had gone T3T I've collected 60% of bugs and fish and, well, you know >: I suppose I could survive without Club LOL if I had to >.<

I hope it comes soon >: It's so odd how it varies for everyone! Everything else seems to be perfect other than Club LOL. I wonder if there's a reason for it, or something preventing it, and when this is removed, the club will be built? O-o

Yeah, Club LOL takes many days to build. Don't fret. You should get it eventually. I think it's 10 days or so.

So I loaded up ACNL today... And Isabelle told me Club LOL had been built >_> Isn't it typical? So 12 days later, it's finally built. Apparently it takes a hell of a long time x3x

Yes you can. Just be sure you spell them correctly. I don't know how may times I messed it up in WW by not puting the "." between KK. K.K. not KK. It will haunt me forever.
