Club LOL will not build

Dr.Shrunk asked me to collect signatures to build Club LOL so i did that for him and i was told it takes about 8 days to build so i have been waiting about a month now and still i have not heard anything about it. Does anybody know what to do?

Hmm...it only took me about a week before mine was finished, so I think it's completely random. Maybe you just have to wait a little longer?
Do you Time Travel? It's just a guess, but does Time Traveling somehow mess it up? I really don't know. I hope we can figure this out! If I find any more information on it I'll edit my post and let you know!

Did you give him the list of signatures? He should've been waiting outside the place where the club will be built for them.

You give him the list of signatures, then 5-6 days after you handed in the signatures he'll be outside your house saying the club is built bla bla..

It might be coincidence, but everyone I know got their Club LOL on a Sunday, no matter how many days it had been, so we've assumed that's how it works. This month it can't on Sunday because of the fireworks event maybe? has anyone gotten a Club LOL this month (without tt)?

Did you TT at any point? TT messes up when Club LOL is built.

What Snow said is an interesting theory. If you beautiful town ordinance, try to tt to next Sunday - maybe that works?

TT doesn't effect if Club LOL is built or not, I resetted my town and TT day by day to catch up (sometimes weeks) and Club LOL was built normally

I had the same problem as well. When you travel time as you are in the process of building Club LOL there is a problem with the amount of days the game registers during the skipped duration.

For instance if you finished your petition for Dr. Shrunk on August 20th and then travel forward in time on August 31st the game won't build Club LOL (even though its been 11 days through time travel).

What you need to do is time travel the furthest forward you've ever been. In the example above you would travel forward again to August 31st. In addition to that you need to set your time before 6:00 am which is what New Leaf considers a start of a new day. I would suggest setting the time around 5:55 am and then enter into the game. You then need to wait in real time within the game till the clock reaches 6:00 am. Isabelle does her morning greeting etc. and then Club LOL should appear.

Otherwise you would have to actually experience real time day-by-day change till the very date you time traveled into the future to get Club LOL.

Mine showed up after 5 days :b Do you TT using the in game clock? Because that messes it up but TTing using the 3DS system won't do anything :3 Just wait a little while longer It'll show up soon:3 You'll also need to TT one day at a time:3

I have this sinking feeling I'm going to have to wait ages to get my club 101. I did the signatures, gave them to shrunk, and then quit playing for almost 2 months. It wasn't build in the time I was gone. And it still hasn't been built since I got back. This is stupid and pretty frustrating. Another reason why I don't like the 'wait a certain amount of days to unlock this!' requirements for buildings and upgrades to pop up. |: Fake Longevity is in full effect.
