Every time we put a coconut tree in the beach it has a hole on it and later it dies. do you guys know what causes that? We only have 1 coconut tree now.. :(:(

Make sure you are not burying it in the sand, it needs to be in the ground just before the sand starts. Also, try using a silver/gold shovel and if you have one, put a 4 leaf clover next to it. Hope this helps :)

Assuming you're not putting it in the sand, it's probably just a dead spot. If you want to be sure it'll grow, cut down an existing tree near the beach and plant it in that same spot.

What on earth does the four leaf clover have to do with it? And I honestly don't think the color of the shovel matter either.

Yes the shovel and clover wont help the tree grow any better.

Anyway, don't bury it in the sand, if you've put it in the sand, it's gonna die, and remember you can plant coconut trees up to 7 spaces away from the beach.

I have alot of coconut trees and its best to plant them on the grass right next to the sand ^^ also, you can plant them a little away from the sand, but not that far. They only grow near the beach

It's true, I would take her advice. She does have quite a few coconut trees....
