Yeah the anatomy might be a little off.. but I can't draw hands/bodies right myself >_< besides that I think it's pretty good and I love the colouring!

It's good, but she has six fingers! Also, when trying to portray embarrassment in a drawing I personally think that the blush marks should only be under the eyes, rather than having them just as a line across the face (make them two individual small ones!)
