With 2015 winding down I haven't drawn much at all due to work and health issues. So I feel like I've regressed and dug up an old picture to compare to an even older one. Guess I wanted to cheer myself up but meh. Kinda miss the way I used to color, wish I could paint digitally or at least improved this year. Sorry if this thread is pointless.

The first one is comicbook-ish while the second one is more cartoony. They both look great, but I prefer the first one.

Thanks! I think I got better at proportions but ehhh at colors. @_@ At least the line work is better.

What do you mean by comicbook-ish? I do like the first one even if it's so old lol.
At least it shows how I've (tried) to move to more cartoony style since I love cartoony styles ahaha.

Honestly, I like both of them a lot but I think the newer one definitely has more of a unique style and the proportions are better, as you said.

wow, you've improved a lot!!! i think i do like your new style more, but i think your old one would look fantastic if you tried it again ' v' i looooove the way your lines look, and your clothing is just wonderful *A* and his face omg <3 great job on improving so much!!
