Constructive Criticism Please!

Hey everyone! So.. I have been drawing most of my life but I never really shared it here on tbt..
I was wondering if you can give some constructive criticism on my art? My style varies, but it is usually semi realism, mostly on the semi part

Here are my 2 most recent pieces. I usually dont color my drawings. Also excuse the HORRIBLE quality; my camera on my laptop sucks and its only an inner camera so its impossible to get good pictures.. Anywho, here they are.

Well.. I hope you like them. Im aware my art isnt exactly the best.. heh.. so thats why I need tips from great artists, and I know TBTF has alot of those!

I'm not an artist but I *love* those eyes! The ones in the top drawing in particular have so much depth, they're beautiful. The faces seem a little small for the facial features and the noses look a bit out of place as there's just the tiny tip and nostrils shown. But I love the details on that top drawing in particular. The floral headband is cool!

Thank you for your kind words! I will make some lines to define the nose, and I do agree that the bottom drawing looks a bit off aha. XD I will also try to make the eyes a weee bit smaller, but with the same detail. Do you think that will make it look better?

Oh you are most welcome - those eyes are phenomenal! Hmm, I wonder if a few subtle lines elswhere on the face would help bring the whole thing together? It's almost there, well, in my opinion at least. It's been a couple years since I regularly hung out with my artist friends who taught art classes for styles like this. But that top piece is good, very good. She's got personality and I like it!

The bottom one is not as appealing to me personally, I think it's just the blush of the cheeks and on the nose somehow remind me of a skull, which was a bit off-putting for me. I think the "x"s on her ears help reinforce that perception for me and so the dreamy eyes don't seem to fit somehow? If that makes sense?

I agree, i dont really like the bottom one much. The lips, eyes are too big, weird face- its not very good. But I do really like the top one!
