Conversions of TBT to IGB?

I'm just kind of curious about this. I've seen people on the Villager Trading forums, asking for TBT or IGB equalling the same amount of TBT.

I honestly don't get it. I'm sure the answers pretty obvious and maybe I just didn't look hard enough.

So, for example, how much would 100 TBT be in IGB?
