Hey! Any other fellow cosplayers around?

Cosplay is probably one of my favorite hobbies.

I've cosplayed:
Haruhi Suzumiya (from The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya)
Elizabeth (from Bioshock Infinite)
Bayonetta (from Bayonetta)
A splicer (from Bioshock)
Yuuri Wakasa (from School-Live!)
Alice (from Alice: Madness Returns)
Mad Moxxi (from Borderlands 2)

My upcoming cosplay plans include: Isabelle from Animal Crossing New Leaf and Yukiko from Persona 4!

I also have some Pokemon cosplays in mind for the future too! I want to cosplay Dawn from Diamond and Pearl, as well as some cool gijinka cosplay of Eeveelutions and some other pokemon.

I've been cosplaying on and off for 4 years. I've been taking a short break from it since school started in August but plan on continuing my unfinished costumes soon! I have 2 costumes from the Trinity blood manga/light novels and a dwarf guard armor from The Hobbit waiting for me to start working on them again. I don't like sewing that much tbh but things like embroidery and making props and armors is something I really enjoy!

I don't like talking about my previous cosplays for some reason but I have lots of things I want to make in the future! There're several outfits and characters I want to make from Trinity Blood and the Fate/ series for example. It'll take a while until I finish the currently unfinished costumes though so anything else will probably have to wait. At least until I decide to put what I'm currently working on on hold so that I can make something "more interesting". Lol. That always happens to me and I end up with lots of unfinished things and materials I don't need.

As for conventions, I'm not from NA or the UK so what we have here is a bit different. My favorite convention is the biggest one around, lost of interesting things going on and it focuses on a wider variety of things than the other conventions here. Another favorite of mine is this convention that focuses solely on cosplay but is has been held on 2 years only. Here's hoping they'll hold it next year too.


Ahh, this post is becoming longer than intended so I'm not going to keep rambling any longer, just wishing all the other cosplayers here a nice time with their hobby!

Pikachu (complete with an Ash figure glued inside a Pokeball; oh, how the tables have turned!)
Fluttershy
Lucia from Lunar: Eternal Blue...which is !y absolute favorite cosplay I have because I heart that game sooo much!

I would love to cosplay The Baroness from Borderlands the Pre-Sequel. Any time I would spot an Elsa cosplay, I'd have to shout, "Let it go now!"

Thinking about what to cosplay of around Halloween, haven't decided yet...

when i was 12 i made a kagamine len cosplay to go to a con with my friend who was going as rin. things happened and i couldnt go to the con, and i havent cosplayed simce lmao . it's a cool thing but im Really Not into being around ppl in anime or other fan communities, there are a lot of weebs n other yucky people hhh

unfortunately, I was gross and fat at the time, but there are the pics lol

yeah, cons are super gross, but a lot of fun (for me) at the same time. plus i usually go as guys so

I think cosplay is amazing. I wish I knew how to do makeup. I can do some basic sewing but since I don't wear makeup I'm not confident wearing it. T u T
