Could I visit someone's Shampoodle?

So sorry, if this is the wrong way of doing it... I've just recently joined the forum again!

But hello! I started a new town recently and would love to visit Shampoodle to change my character's hair from the default.. I can bring some bells with me to pay for the trouble!

(Also if anyone has a spare axe, or one available in Leif's shop, I'd be so grateful if I could get it!)
