So I have had this game from the start and jitters was one of my starter villagers he has never asked to move out only don’t get me wrong I love him but there are so many pictures I can have off him has anyone hat the same thing happen

You must have really bad RNG if Jitters refused to move out. I know how that feels like when Dobie refused to move out when I had him back in 2020.

I think that's some bad luck!

By far, Agnes is the villager that has asked more times than any other to move out, and I think I've posted about it here before! I'll never let her leave.

I had Mira from the start of my island (only last September) and she had never asked to move out. But when I followed the move-out guide, she asked within about 30 minutes of me following the guide with time-traveling. I think it’s because of the low percentage chance since you’re probably good friends with them, and have probably missed their thought bubble when it was out too. It doesn’t help that once you become good friends with a villager, it won’t increase their chances of moving out if you try to reduce your friendship level!
