Creating bows, folds, etc on outfits using pro design?

Hi all! Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this. >.<;
I've been fascinated by all the custom made outfits i've seen from QR codes. But since i am still waiting to befriend sable (She says i am a pretty busy person and appreciates me stopping by.) But is there any tutorials i can look at that explains how to make those amazing details? I've searched Google a bit, But I don't think I'm using the right keywords.
