Before I go over the house plan for today, I would like to say that today is another birthday to one of my characters. This time, it's Jenny who's having a birthday. Maybe I should share her dream house plans as today's house plan. As much to say, the last house plan was mostly a Southwestern house. Today, I'll go over a beach house plan.

The second house is a clapboard house. It's also a beach house. Every room in the house (except for the living room) has a ceiling height of 8 feet. The walls are made of white siding and the roof has blue shingles. There are also blue moldings on the outside. Windows and doors are both regular to the US.

Front Yard:

• The front yard isn't well done, but there is a porch
• The porch is on deckings, and railings enclose the porch except from the steps
• There is a patio table and an outdoor bench on the porch

Interior Design:

• The house is rectangular with a proportion of 2 feet by 3 feet
• Large foyer in the front towards the middle. Has three openings to the other rooms
• Behind the foyer is a family room. It also has access to the backyard
• On the right side of the foyer is a dining room, and behind the dining room is a U-shaped kitchen
• On the left side of the foyer is the living room, which is two stories high and takes up both the front and back of house
• Second floor is accessible through staircase in living room, and has a regular door that closes the hallway
• Second floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a master bedroom with bathroom, and a utility room
• Hall in between has no windows

Backyard:

• Access to the backyard is through the family room
• It has a small porch, but a large garden
• Garden has gazebo and lake
• There are benches and lamps in garden
• Wooden fencing surrounds the entire garden
• Decorative lighthouse is part of the backyard
