Welcome to the new Crescent Moon Island.
I decided to restart my second island back to one of my original ideas for it. I also wanted to be back in the northern hemisphere. It’s been fun having different seasons but I’m happy to be back in the northern hemisphere.
My first villagers after I terraform will all be auto filled. After that will eventually be an all penguin island for winter.
My starters are Fuchsia and Samson.

I arrived at the airport excited even though I didn’t really know where I was going . I was just happy to be going somewhere. I walked up to the gate and was greeted be Timmy and Tommy. They asked for my name and Birthday.
Aurora and June 8th. They said that they would be flying with me with two other passengers.
Before boarding the plane they showed me 4 different maps and asked me to pick one .
I decided to go with this one.
It was then time to get going. I boarded the plane and met the other two passengers who would be moving with me . Their names are Fuchsia and Samson.
We watched a welcome video that showed a nicely decorated island and the different seasons. After the video had ended I looked out the window excited to see a nicely decorated island. The island that came into view was empty except for a big tent . It had plenty of trees and branches and weeds were scattered everywhere. Looks like I should have liked at that flyer a bit more .
After we got off the plane we followed Tommy and Timmy to where Tom Nook was waiting for us.
He said he had a tent for us and we should pick it up and find a nice place for it. Guess we are camping for awhile.
I got my tent and a map and went to go look for a nice spot.
I found a nice spot on the beach. I also found a nice spot nearby for Fuchsia and Samson to place their tents.
After that we went back to see Tom Nook to see what we needed to do next.
He decided we should have a welcome party. Timmy , Tommy , Fuchsia and Samson would get the plaza ready by cleaning it. My job was to go look for sticks to make a campfire. I took my time so I could explore the island. There are some areas you can’t get to at the moment but I’m sure I will find a way later. I picked up some weeds and some extra sticks . Then went back to see Nook.
He said that he found apples while he was walking around the island. He asked me to bring him back some . I went and gathered a bunch of apples . We would use them to make juice.
It was now time for the party .
While sitting around the campfire Nook decided we should name the island .
It was nice that they went with my suggestion of Crescent. Nook then asked if I would be the island representative since I picked the name of our island.
I’m curious about my new role and what tasks I will have to complete, it should definitely be interesting. We had a toast of apple juice by the fire.
After a while Nook gave me a camping cot for my tent. He says there were a few items inside my tent .
He then suggested to turn in gif the day since it’s been a long day. I’m sure tomorrow will be just as busy.
So off I went to my tent to see what was inside. I placed my cot and opened the boxes . One of them had a nice radio which will be nice to fall asleep too. The other had a lantern inside. It’s going to be an interesting adventure and can’t wait to see what happens tomorrow.
The last thing I remember before drifting off into a deep sleep was hearing Drivin’ playing on the radio. I was having a nice dream where K.K. Slider was talking about making my way in the world listening to no one’s rules but my own.
When I started to hear a noise outside. I was trying to stay in the dream just a little bit longer.
When I suddenly realized it was Nook saying my name outside my tent. I must have taken a longer nap than planned. When I waked outside it was already dark.
It was a nice nap that could have lasted a bit longer. Nook said there were a few things he wanted to talk about.
He then handed me a phone and explained that he had an app to make life here easier.
He said the app is called Island Life 101 .
He then handed me a bill. I guess I really should have read the fine print. I let him know I forgot to bring any bells with me. Since I wasn’t expecting a bill.
He didn’t believe me at first until he realized I was serious. He decided I can pay with these things he calls miles instead. He let me know I would have to make 5,000 miles to pay my bill.
I will worry about that another day maybe tomorrow when I am not as tired. It was then I realized I had mail. I had a letter from Nintendo and with it a gift. It was a DIY and will figure that out later .
I went to see how Fuchsia and Samson were doing after their first night.
Fuchsia thanked me again and gave me a DIY for a leaf umbrella. She also told me about a DIY class Nook was having.
I found Samson in his tent . He gave me a mesh hat as a thank you.
I then went over to see about the DIY class.
He had me make a fishing rod.
After he gave me a few more recipes one of which was a net. The one I had gotten in the mail was a Simple DIY workbench. I made a net before leaving. As I was going outside I saw a balloon with a gift attached to it. I watched it float out over the ocean. Will find a slingshot in the morning.
I started the day a little too late to get much done today . That’s okay there’s always tomorrow.
I got up earlier then yesterday to the sound of Nook. He said he will now be making announcements on updates about the island. He said that the airport is now open.
I found a notice on the bulletin board that announced aerobics class for island residents.
I remembered I had not checked the mail and found a letter from mom. She sent some peaches. Will try and find a nice place to plant them later.
I went over to see Nook and he asked about the local fish and bugs. I had a moth on me so gave him that.
He said a friend of his has a museum and was curious about them . Nook then gave me an app for my phone called the Critterpedia .
said I should bring him a few more bugs or fish. So I brought him two more bugs and two fish. He gave me a DIY for an axe and some flower seeds .
After I gave him the last fish he received a phone call from Blathers and Blathers will now be moving to the island. Nook asked me to find a place for his tent. His tent will be on the beach for now . I think it’s a nice spot for now.
I spent the evening looking for materials and shaking trees . I found some bugs, bells and even a table lamp in the trees.
I also found a note in the bottle. It had a DIY in it.
Today Nook announced that Blathers had safely made it to Crescent. I had a few letters when k opened my mail. The cypress plant I ordered had arrived. I got a letter from Jack about Halloween. He included a portrait of himself. I can hang on the wall once I got a house and not a tent.
I went over to went over to welcome Blathers to the island and see if he needed anything.
He explained that he had a dream of opening a museum on the island. He said he would need 15 different types of exhibits in order to open the museum. They could be bugs, fish , fossils or art.
Blathers then gave me the DIY’s for the shovel and vaulting pole . This will make getting around the island much easier. Now I can go exploring around the other side of the island.
My next stop if the day was to go see Nook about my loan . He was pretty happy that I was going to pay him back.
He asked me about how I was enjoying life . It’s been pretty good .
He told me about a nook mile program that I could use my nook miles for .
He told me about moving into a house instead of staying in the tent. It would cost 98,000.
He said I could pick the roof color and I picked blue.
He talked about a nook miles+ program that helps you get nook miles sooner.
I found Samson relaxing under a tree and Fuchsia was looking for bugs.
I’m looking forward to my house and enjoying island life. Tomorrow will be a busy day as Serena makes her way here. She has been traveling to different islands and will bring with her all she has learned. This way we can start terraforming.
Aurora:
I woke in a nice cozy house. It’s a little small but very nice. Nook announced this morning that it is getting closer to Halloween. He said that you can buy candy and pumpkins from Timmy.
When I walked outside I noticed that both Fuchsia and Samson no longer have tents. They also have a nice house.
As I was walking along the beach I saw something near the museum tent. When I got up closer it was someone sleeping on the beach. It took a little while to get them to wake up.
When I finally got him to wake up he said his name was Gulliver and he was looking for a pizza.
No sorry no pizza here but if you need anything else I can try and help you.
He said that he sometimes falls off the boat. He then tried looking for his communicator and found it to be broken.
He then asked if I would try and help him fix it. Of course I would and off I went to look for the missing pieces. I found a clam while looking and can now make fish bait. I also found a new DIY for a knitted grass backpack. I was exploring the other side of the river when I noticed roses on the cliffs.
It took a little while but I finally found all 5 parts. Gulliver was pretty happy to have his communicator working again.
He said to keep an eye on the mail. I wonder what he will send.
This evening Serena arrived from Serenity.
Serena:
After a small delay I finally made my way from Serenity to Crescent . I was greeted by Timmy and Tommy. Once we got to Crescent I meet with Tom Nook.
He made sure my phone was working and gave me a transfer kit so I could place my house.
I went and placed my house near the beach for now.
Then I went to introduce myself to Fuchsia and Samson. They seem really nice .
Fuchsia told me about a weird dream she has been having. About the sky in Crescent being orange and the sun goes up when it should go down.
Samson invited me to workout with him.
I spent most of the evening trying to terraform a cliff into the shape of a crescent moon. You start by making a rough outline a few times. I kept messing up before it finally looked ok enough to try and build the cliff.
I added some water and waterfalls .
I brought some flowers with me to try and grow more of.
Will continue to try and terraform tomorrow.
For now it’s time for bed.
Aurora:
Nook’s announcement this morning was about finding acorns and pine cones in trees. He even gave me a DIY for a trees bounty little tree.
I checked my mail and it had a gift from Gulliver in it. It was Geisha Wig.
I then went over to talk to Nook about my new home loan. He was having a conversation with Timmy about a new shop. Timmy would like to build a shop but Nook doesn’t have the materials needed to build one .
He said he was sure Timmy could find a solution.
Nook then asked if I was enjoying my house and I am. He let me know that my loan was for 98k.
I asked him if I could pay in miles but he said no but of course I had to ask just to be sure. Guess I will have to get going on earning some bells to pay it off.
He then said he had a nook mile ticket for me and would be leaning it at the airport. I could use it to go to other islands to find crafting material.
I then went to talk to Timmy and he asked if I could help him get materials for building a shop. He said he needed 30 of each wood and 30 iron nuggets .
Word travels fast on this island. As soon as I left the tent Samson was running over to me. He was exciting that I was helping to gather materials for the shop and gave me some iron nuggets .
As I was looking for ore I found. A gold nugget.
So besides not having brought any bells with me I didn’t pack anything at all. I’m not really sure why I didn’t at least pack a change of clothing. At least Serena brought me some when she arrived.
I went around looking for wood and iron nuggets. I found some bugs and fossils to donate to Blathers . Now we only need 4 more donations. Then we can open the museum.
I was able to get all the wood for the shop and will find the rest of the iron nuggets tomorrow.
In return Timmy gave me , striped pants, a typewriter and a hose reel. I used some of my nook miles to get a tool ring and a pocket organization guide so that I can carry more things.
On my way back to my house I found a ghost named Wisp. I accidentally scared him.
I felt bad so I decided to help him out. He wanted me to find his missing spirits. He said there were 5.
He gave me a hourglass for helping him.
Tomorrow will be just as busy of a day :
While Aurora was busy looking for material to build the shop. Serena was looking for the right location to place it and see if anything needs to be moved.
Serena:
One thing I have always been bad about is checking my mail. I usually forget about it until it’s overflowing and have no idea what’s even in there. So I started my day by checking my mail. I had a letter from Nintendo congratulating me on my move to Crescent and so many other letters and packages.
Apparently I ordered myself a Halloween costume and had completely forgot about it. There was also a bug model from Flick and a statue from Redd and many letters from villagers. I hope to get better at checking my mail.
I wanted to do some more terraforming today and place temporary patters down for where houses could go.
So far I have found places for 7 of the 10 villager plots. I also found a nice place to put the shop once we have enough materials for it. I picked up and moved some cedar trees to Crescent cliff. Also worked on heart lake. Have some adjustments to make but making good progress.
Oct 17th: placing the new shop and a museum upgrade
Aurora:
I got earlier then usual and was able to see the sunrise. Nook announced that you can get a wet suit for nook shopping.
I met Sahara today she is nice and sells rugs and wallpaper. I purchased some rugs and a wallpaper. She explained that you can get tickets for buying rugs.

I went and checked Fuchsia . She said she heard I was getting things for the shop. She gave me a shovel. She also told me about the DIy’s you can get for better tools.
I went over to see if I could buy my own
I then talked to Timmy and donated the iron nuggets they needed.
Timmy wanted me to find them the perfect spot.
I already look and Serena cleared the area.
Timmy was happy when I came back and let them know I placed the shop.
They will be open tomorrow.
Then it was time to start working on the farm.
While Serena was busy moving the trees I was busy planting fruit trees.

Oct 18th : Nook’s Cranny grand opening and three plots.
Aurora:
Today Nook had plenty of exciting things to announce. He reminded us that the museum is closed today and will open tomorrow. He announced that Timmy and Tommy’s shop was opening today. He also said that we will hold a ceremony for the opening. At the end of the announcements Nook received a very important phone call and then left in a hurry.
The first thing l wanted to do though was check on my fruit trees and veggies. They are all growing nicely. So I watered my veggies and then headed over to see Nook.
When I entered the tent Nook was still on the phone so I waited impatiently.
When he ended his call Nook let me know he was advertising for our island .
He said he had 3 that are interested .
He also said that there was a bit of a problem. He was so excited that there was interest that he promised them fully decorated homes.
Apparently this is where the island representative thing comes in. Since he asked if I would find places for the plots and also craft the needed furniture for them. He said he appreciates the help and he will give me a gift as thanks.
Before we get to that it’s time for the grand opening ceremony for Timmy and Tommy’s store.
Nook said the shop will be open from 8am until 10pm. That you could use the drop off box if they are closed.
I decided to check out the shop before going back to see Nook. When I entered Timmy and Tommy had a guest I hadn’t seen before.
It was friend of theirs from before they moved to the island. She was worried and wanted to check in on them. She also wanted to see if they needed anything.
Timmy explained that what they really needed was a clothing supplier since getting things to the island was hard.
Her name is Mabel and she said she would be happy to stop by the island with clothing. She said it was not hard to get to the island.
She then left to go talk things over with her sister and would be back soon.
After Mabel left Timmy thanked me for coming by. He explained that they named their shop after Nook.
He then explained the three new services that they were offering.
First is buying turnips just not on Sunday
Second is the hot item of the day : this item they buy for double the price
Third is the drop off box which we can sell items to and they will deposit the bells in our bank account.
Next back off to see Nook about those housing plots .
He decided we should make a bridge first. This way it will be easier to get to the other side of the river. I decided to place the bridge so that it’s easier to get to the farm.
Then went back to see Nook. He then gave me the three housing plots. He let me know each one has a sign that tells you what each house needs.
When I left Nook Samson was there and he taught me the joy reaction.
I had planned on placing the first three on a cliff Serena made with a heart lake. Unfortunately we needed more space so only one made it there for now.

One of the things I like to do when working on a big project is make lists. This way I can check them off when I finish each part. I can also see how much of what material I need. This way I can grab everything at the same time and hopefully not forget anything. I grabbed my list of materials and a Simple DIY workbench just in case and went in search of materials for crafting the furniture.

It took awhile and I accidentally made a bird house instead of a bird bath. That’s okay now they can have both in their yard.
I then made my way back to Nook to let him know I had finished.
He thanked me for my hard work and then said the rest was up to him. He would start on home construction right away. He is hopeful that someone could move in as soon as tomorrow.
He said he would make an announcement about who is moving in. Then wanted to give me a gift as a token of his appreciation. He gave me fencing and said that he will be offering fencing DIY’s that I could buy with Nook miles.
As I left the tent I noticed that the plot that I could see already had a sold sign on it. Excited to see who will move in.
As I was walking around the island I saw someone I hadn’t seen yet.
He said his name is Harvey and he lives on an island close by.
He then invited me to come visit anytime.
Maybe I will go visit tomorrow as it’s been a busy day. Tomorrow should be just as busy but also exciting as I can’t wait to find out who will be moving to Crescent.
Oct 19th : Welcome Spork , Museum grand opening and more .
It started out as a gloomy morning and soon started to rain. Nook had plenty of announcements.
We have a new neighbor named Spork
We are celebrating the opening of the museum
Also celebrating the completion of the bridge. Nook also announced a customization workshop.
Starting the day with a few celebrations to try and brighten up the day. First we celebrated the museum. Even though he hasn’t even unpacked Spork joined us for both celebrations.
We then celebrated the new bridge
I went to introduce myself to our new neighbor. Fuchsia called out to me as I was making my way over there. She wanted to know if I had gone to say hello.
Not yet I was just on my way. She wanted to talk about how to make the island more inviting and gave me a stone tablet to decorate with.
I finally made my way to Spork.
After visiting with him I sent him a welcome letter in the mail.
He seems really nice and already wants to share snacks.
Fuchsia was walking around and seemed to have something on her mind.
She asked if I could help her find a long locust. Thankfully one was pretty easy to.
She gave me a coat as thanks
I then went over to see Nook about his customization workshop.
He wanted me to customize a wardrobe that he gave me the DIY for.
Off to find someone to craft a few wardrobes. I going to make 3 , one for myself, one for Fuchsia and and for Samson.
When I went to give Samson his wardrobe he was crafting. He gave never DIY.
I can’t wait for my pumpkins to grow so I can make some,
I went and officially met Mabel.
She seems really nice . I went ahead and bought some things from her. She says she dreams of opening a clothing store on the island one day. Hopefully we can make her dream come.
As soon as I walked out Samson was there calling my name. I wonder how long he was out there for.
He said that making Crescent great as a team effort and he had a gift he thought might help.
I will see if I can find a nice spot for it. I met Daisy Mae and bought some turnips from her. This may or may have or may not have been a good idea.
I went to go welcome Bangle to Crescent.
On the way I stopped by the farm and the veggies have grown.
I also stopped by to see Spork and he was crating .

I think we will be good friends.
I stopped by the museum and donated some fossils. We now have our first completed fossil.
Later in the day I made some pumpkin decorations and decided to get more pumpkin seeds. So I ran to Nook’s to there before they closed for the night . Used the bells I had left to buy some.
Then was told it was time for them to close.
I didn’t get to far when I sports someone I hadn’t. Seen before. He said his name was Redd and that he thought we were cousins. He explained that he sellla artwork out of his shop that he docked at the back of the island.
Sorry I spent all my bells earlier on pumpkins and turnips so I went to go place decorations and plant pumpkins. I sent Serena to go see what he had.
I planted the pumpkins on the cliff above the farm and went to Aerobics class.
Serena went over to talk to Redd and found he actually has done real paintings.
Serena bought a Quaint painting and left me some bells to buy a painting for myself.
I bought myself a worthy painting and used the rest of the bells to send Bangle a welcome letter.
I finally bought a scorpion on the way back home.
More often then I like to admit I get my days mixed up especially when posting a day behind. So timeline
Sunday : Bangle moved in
Monday : Mitzi moved in
Tuesday: RS is closed for remodeling not Monday .
Yesterday we welcomed Mitzi .
It’s so nice to meet you and I hope you enjoy living here.
I have been checking the turnip prices and they are going down not up. Thankfully still
Time to see if they go up.
I have been trying to collect as many pumpkin DIY’s and thankfully got another from Samson and one from a ballon .
Trying to also grow as many pumpkins to use to make them.
Spork was cooking spooky cookies but I couldn’t get the recipe from him.
Hopefully that day is soon.

I bought a bunch of orange and yellow tea Olive starts that I will plant in my farm.
Talked to Fuchsia about coffee
I love cream so it’s gotta be half coffee half cream
I really need to start working on decorating the island and earning more bells . Maybe tomorrow I will feel more motivated.
October 23rd : R.S upgrade and a campsite .
Nook announced the reopening of R.S.
He also introduced his assistant that will be helping him. Her name is Isabelle.
He also announced that Isabelle will be taking over the announcements starting tomorrow.
I went to check on and harvest my pumpkins. Then watered them so I can grow more.
Had a nice chat with Mitzi who wanted to thank me for stopping by on her first day.
I stopped by and bought some clothing from Mabel.
I then went into R.S to Welcome Isabelle to Crescent.
I bought some things from the nook stop:

Met with Isabelle and she explained what she could help with.
Then talked to Nook and he said he will be helping with bridges, inclines and moving buildings.
He then explained his dream of bringing K.K. Slider to Crescent.
He said his plan had three steps.
1- he said we need more visitors
2- we need more folks to move here
3- we need to increase the overall image of the island
He thinks we should start be adding a campsite
Do he gave me the DIY for it.
I went around and found the materials to build it.
I stopped up hear Mitzi singing
Found the perfect place for the campsite
Then went back to see Nook . He said the campsite should be ready tomorrow.
Last stop before heading to bed is to celebrate the R.S upgrade to a building.
Aurora:
It’s been a busy few days . We celebrated the completion of the campsite. We even had our first visitor.
Our visitors name is Shep and it was pretty easy to get him to agree to love here.
I went over to let Nook know the good news. He was pretty happy that I had already invited him to live on the island.
He then asked if I could find a nice place fit him to live.
I went back to let Shep know I found a great place for his house.
He’s pretty excited about moving to Crescent. When I went back to talk to Nook he let me know that we can now place plots for villagers whenever I want.
Today was the day Shep moved in.
I went over to see if he needed anything.
I then went over to see Nook about setting up a house plot. When I got there he says he had more inquiries about the campsite. Excited to see who might show up next. He says his plan is coming together through this might me the hardest part.
According to Nook he has starting getting feedback about the island. He says I could ask Isabelle for some ideas to improve its rating.
I have a few ideas I just have to get working on them. I then asked him about selling some land.
I went and placed the house not to far from Shep’s on Crescent cliff. I then asked about moving the museum to its permanent location.
When I was finally able to talk to Mabel she asked if I could help her out. Her dream of opening a shop was going to come true. She just needed me to find her a spot for it.
I placed it close to nook’s cranny. I really should get working on paying off that bridge. This way I can make an incline so it’s easier to get to the shops.
Completed another fossil for the museum
I met up with Bangle who asked about how it was going trying to get K.K Slider to come visit. She then gave me a gift in hopes that it would help.
Makes me think we should get a nice outdoor theater.
Tomorrow I should start making some bells and trying to decorate the island.
Today is the day we celebrate Halloween. But first an announcement we welcomed a new villager yesterday (Wednesday) His name is PeeWee .
Now for the fun. It was so much fun celebrating with my friends. We got to dress up in these great costumes and get candy.
Isabelle announced that the event would start at exactly 5pm. I went around to see if anyone was in their costume yet.
I knew it was time when I went to leave Shep changed as I was leaving.
Time to trick or treat .
It was so much fun going out and getting and giving candy. Thanks to my friends I was able to get the rest of the Halloween DIY’s in exchange for Candy.
I met Jack and he asked for candy as well.
He also asked for lollipops.

My villagers have been baking on and off all week but I still couldn’t learn the recipe for the spooky cookies so they couldn’t give it to me. Today they finally could and I ended up with three of them. The only problem I still can’t learn it lol.
After being able to get all the DIY and some furniture, rugs and wallpaper I decided to see what the trick was if I didn’t give out candy.
