I'm a good old pencil and paper kind of girl ',:D

I'm only 11 so it's not gonna be professional!

Please comment suggestions for my improvement and rate this pic out of 10!

Don't think that you can't draw well just because you're 11! I'm 15 now, and I wasn't very good when I was 11, but there are plenty of artists who are younger but are still very talented.

First off, the long neck looks a little awkward. It might have been a stylistic choice to make her neck that long, but it just doesn't fit in with the rest of the picture. Her arms are very unnaturally thin, try using real life reference to draw arms, it helps a lot. Her ear is too small for her face, as well. It doesn't need to be perfectly realistic, but you should be able to tell it's there! The nose placement is too low on her face, and too far off to the right side for the position her face is in. Judging by the placement of the hairline, this is a 3/4 view, and the nose shouldn't look like it's from a side view. The fact that she has no face may have been a stylistic choice as well, but in my opinion, making too many stylistic choices early on when you start doing art is a mistake. Don't avoid drawing things that you don't know how to draw. Practice, and you may improve more quickly than you thought you could!

I also noticed the hair looks very unnatural. I think you may have been trying to draw a braid. Here's a very good tutorial I found for that with a quick google image search.

I'm not sure if that's what you were going for, but if there was something else you were trying to make it look like, such as ringlets, or just a plain ponytail, you can very easily find a tutorial for that too.

If I am being completely honest, then my overall rating is 4/10.
That doesn't mean you're bad, it just means you have a lot of room for improvement! If you'd like, try out some of the things I've suggested. Don't expect instant improvement, be patient, and I know you'll be an amazing artist soon!
