Critique please

[The Peanut Butter Fish]

I just finished drawing Serana from Skyrim and would like critique (traditional). Right now the tools I have available for use are 4H,2H,HB,B,2B,4B, and 6B pencils as well as a charcoal pencil I found on the floor at school. If you're going to say the eyes are uneven I already know that. If it's plain, flat out terrible tell me, although I've made some major progress since I state drawing in this style. Also the picture looks better IRL in my opinion.

from the perspective of someone who does still-life and traditional art, i suggest making it a bit more proportional (larger mouth, smaller eyes, bigger nose). i would also suggest making the neck larger, bc irl her head would have most probably fallen off her shoulders by now
