I recently developed a new style and learned to digitalize my work! Sketching with a mouse was an absolute pain. With these new skills, I created this messy piece.

The outlining is a bit weird, I'll tell you that. I desperately need tips on anatomy and keeping my lines nice and straight. Shading and coloring help would be nice as well.
and yes i know my coloring is crap i rushed ok

Are you drawing lines really slow and carefully? If you draw them slower, they look shakier. If you just do a random stroke and fix it from there it's definitely not as shaky looking.

And definitely don't rush on colouring any more, please, I'm sure you have some really good skills but please just take it as slow as you need to. There's absolutely no rush.

Eyyy i am also undertale trash as well (?Д` ) we should do the trash friends thing~
But i think its quite cute! Im not sure what program you're using, but i know programs like sai have a curved line tool which is a lifesaver for mouse users such as yourself. Also i like where you're putting the shading but the colors look a little bit too dull for some of the shading. On most programs they have a color wheel, so when you pick a shading color move the wheel side to side, never just up and down if that makes any sense?? Heres a video that probably says it better how to pick colors XD

I love the color for the lineart but you might want to darken it around the black shorts. The light tan color looks a little off when outlining the black pants, but thats mostly just an opinion thing. Do whatever feels best to you!
