I like your style! It's very unique and the details are very nice. I think her head looks a little bit too small unless that was intentional. My best recommendation is to outline her a little more so the lines don't get lost when taking pictures/scanning. I always run into that problem with traditional drawing.
The shoulders are kinda boxy/rigid. Maybe rounding them off would help. I also agree that the head might be small. Or maybe the eyes are just really big and are making the head seem small in comparison? Looks pretty good despite them though.
the drawing itself is amazing, and you should really be proud of it. i think the only critique i have is that by comparison, her head is a bit small, and her eyes look sunken in. try being a little more fluid and whispy, so the lines arent as harsh and boxy. it should give you a whole new world to work with. play around with it. it really does look great though!
the expression and hair are very cute! the design is really cute overall but theres some anatomy-related things ive noticed:
the top of the head is much too short/ skinny for the face(but the actual head is proportionate to the body)
the arms are too long
the shoulders are too boxy and unnaturally stiff(like people above me have mentioned) but theyre a good width
the torso is slightly too long judging by the posiition of the knees?? maybe im wrong as i cant tell too well but the knees are kind of far down
