Although I do receive occasional critiques in my own art gallery, it's been a while since I've gotten any, and my art has changed a lot since then. Today I completed a very big piece I was working on, it took a total of about 8 hours. I've got some other examples of my art on my website. [link]

I'm looking for critique on this piece primarily, but I'd also love to hear what you think of my other art in general. I'd also like your opinion on both TBT and IRL pricing for one character. Thank you in advance!

EDIT: fixed rosalina's dress!

I love the way you draw faces!
Peach is probably the my favourite of them, but the pose is a little awkward.
I would say 200-250tbt and maybe $2-$3 per character.....?

(Also I reeaally like the inkling one that's on your website!)

Ahh cute! I would practice a bit more on shading, then 100-250 per character? Would hold off RLC for now but your art is really good!

You guys haven't seen her other stuff, have you? She has her own style, not everything needs to look anime to be worth more than 75 TBT. Rosalina's legs are crossed under her dress, the wider part of her body are her hips.

My critique would be to somehow make that^ a bit more apparent? Seeing how so many people missed it ;w; Maybe some more shading/dress wrinkles on her lap would help?
Stick with your style! Their faces are great, I love the fluid/awkward bodies, it reminds me of Adventure time, Bee and Puppycat... those cool animations :)

no rlc
anatomy is not too good so maybe 75 tbt?

Thank you for the prices! Could you give me some advice on anatomy?

Peach is my favorite of them as well! She is the one I did first. The pose did turn out a little awkward. It was supposed to be kind of floaty, but I guess it didn't work out. And thank you! It was a new style I was trying out, I might do more like it!

Why are Peach and Rosalina pregnant?

Peach's dress is poofy. I didn't think there was a lot of confusion around that. But yes, Rosalina didn't turn out exactly right. Her legs were supposed to be crossed under her dress. Thanks for the input though!

It's their dresses, please don't be rude if you meant to ;w;;

Yeah, it was supposed to be their dresses! Thank you for noticing!

True, you should work on their bodies more. Peach's posture is a bit weird and Rosalina's dress is a lot wider than that.
Also why do they look so angry? Lol.

My drawings aren't usually in odd poses, but I want to try something different. And, it was just a different eye style I was trying out. I thought that part looked fine, but if there's other eye styles you think I should attempt, I'd love to hear them!

Thanks so much for noticing that her legs were crossed! True, I'll try drawing some wrinkles the next time I do a pose similar to that. I'm glad you like the style I did the face in, it was something new I was trying out! And it's so nice to hear that, I love AT and BaP!

ah! i see now! nope no anatomy problems anymore.. Rosalinas hips just made me feel awk bc i didnt understand the pose!
maybe with some shading on the poses to make them more apparent $1 and 200-250 tbt

I'll keep that in mind, thank you!

everything looks great, i dont see anything that needs improvement. i'd pay roughly 150-200 tbt for that
as for rosalina's crossed legs though, it looks fine but try putting in a bit more detail around her thighs to make it more obvious that her legs are crossed, if that makes sense

I really like the faces and hair, however the body proportions are off, the best way to do it is by sketching and drawing the body outline without the clothes then adding clothes and the little details. you line and then erase the unwanted stuff...

Thank you! I didn't think the body proportions were off, and that is exactly how I line my drawings. Do you have any specific anatomy advice?

If I had to give it some good critique, I would say to use a line of action.

The idea, is to have your characters looking like their body flows.
This is a little difficult to explain so I'll show you.

So here I use red and blue lines to highlight the way the flow on Peach in particular breaks. The goal here is to make it so there isn't a sudden change in direction in these lines. This is a little difficult on joints like arms where it naturally would bend like that, but the trick is to attempt to make it flow anyway.

Let me see if I can do an example for you using the same pose:

It's very rushed, but you get the idea.
Instead of having the pose change direction at a specific area, it does so gradually and other details on the picture give the illusion of this to help emphasize the "weight" she has. (Lines on her dress, flow of the fabric, movement of the arm to the left.)

Another trick you can do, is when something should be a straight line, but it doesn't look right with the flow, you can actually draw it slightly curved as I do with her bottom right leg (albeit badly). If you do something like this right, it's not noticeable as a curve and can have great effects for how your picture flows.

Hope this helps c:
