CRY my ac:fc ruined!

well not sure what happened went to put the game in and all of a sudden wii cant read disk. it knows its animal crossing and mr resetti comes saying cannot read disk refer to wii manual!!!! This sucks so bad :'(

edit*****it had circluar scratches on it and we got it resurfaced with a cool machine all scratches gone still wont play

Maybe you should contact their support department or something? See if they know why it's doing that.

This happened to me before
you need to send in your wii to get it cleaned
b/c i went on Wi-Fi too much
and it burned out my wii
soo my family had to send it in to get it fixed
it took about 2 weeks to get it back =(
soo yeahh

do you go on wi-fi a lot??
b/c that might be that problem
and you have to get it cleaned now

Yer, i'd do what resetti said and contact them, maby get a refund if you have the recipt still.

I don't know what I would do if my animal crossing was ruined, it would stink. Good lucky on trying to fix it!

Just buy a new disk. You'll keep the save.

Were you using any glitched items? That might have caused it.

Really sorry to hear this, but yeah, it might be what the other members have been saying. Contact Nintendo, and they should be able to help Here are a few things to try, but only if you are quite desperate.
1)Save up some money and ty buying a new disc. (try and find what's wrong first, you don't want to waste your money. Example:You could try playing your disc on a friends wii)
2)If you are really sure, you could try deleting your save data and trying again. (If you have valuable items, you might want to make sure this is the way to fix it first)

Well I contacted Nintendo they said my rooster was ruined I would have to buy another. They said wii itself is fine since it reads other disks. I do not wifi alot. So going to get another copyof the game tomorrow. Glad hubby works 1 day a week at a game store we can get a discount and any game we want easily. Not sure how the scratches got there. they said the wii was probably knocked over while the game was in it to give it round scratches like that. All our turnips are spoiled now..grrrr and I prolly missed some stuff I need at nooks.
