Custom Design Assistent - QR code?

So, I bet some of you know the custom design assistent for Animal Crossing. It can be found here: http://app.nicofinder.net/tobimy/

Basically, you can put an image there and it will generate the design for Animal Crossing New Leaf.

I was wondering, can that program generate the QR code for that design as well? I mean, it's nice that the program generates images and you could copy them in your game but it would be so much easier and less time consuming if the program could generate the QR code as well. I can't find anything on that site but maybe, you guys know different sides that generate QR codes too?
