Auction Cute Chibi Audoptables (trying new techniques)

So when i practicing a few things, I started to draw a different style of chibi (more detailed)
I never really posted on here with my chibis, but I do have a pixel cutie shop, which takes a whole lot less time than
making these detailed cheebs.

I'm only gonna leave this auction up till tomorrow, if you like my art, let me know if you think I should make a shop, because I don't really ever offer or put up my chibi's because in the past they have been stolen, that's why i put lots of watermarks all over my work, because i hope people don't credit it as their own. Btw, most of these things are based off of fantage, because i think the avatars look really cute

okay. so youre the one stealing the art from someone else then?? i cant even imagine the mess it'd be to take ownership of someones """adoptable""" of artwork they stole in which the character belongs to someone else. oh god.

the titles of the images specifically state "Chibi Request"/"Art Trade", with one of them stating in the comment who the character belongs to.

i dont like to start fights but really, you literally told me that you "don't want to be one of those people who people think is copying or stealing work and benefiting from it." so what is this?

Yep, I looked up the user who the art was for, and they have a huge collection of that character, so it has to be art theft. Bid retracted and reported.

hello everyone, thank you to whoever stopped this. I'm on mobile right now and my phone is kind of glitchy , but I'd like to have a final comment before I leave. It was extremely wrong taking someone's art, yes it is someone else's. It is not mine, as anyone else I wanted tbt so that I could buy my last dreamie and a few hybrids to finish my town. I'm not proud of doing what I did, I was contemplatIng closing the thread but unfortunately did not, that's why I wanted to thank whoever stopped it. It was greedy of me. To clarify, my shop, the base is not mine, I recolor, animate and customize things, if you looked at my shop you would know. I'm
Going to close the shop, this thread and I will leave the bell tree forums all together. I first need to complete a request someone asked me to do because they already payed, and this is authentic art that I am making for them, not this, but idk if you guys would believe me after what I did. It was absolutely horrible and disgusting how I could've profited off of that. I'm 13, and I definitely have a lot of lessons to learn for the future. If there is any action you want to be taken including giving away (nearly 500 tbt) to all of you, I will do that. I can also donate a few of my dreamiest, it was not kind and there needs to be Justice because I won't be able to forgive myself .

I thought your shop used a recolored base, but I didnt say any thing. You don't have to leave the forums, but yes, it was bad what you did. Think about the artist-what if you spent hours on a piece only for it to get stolen, and what if you are the character's owner? I think you should refund the users who have bought from your shop.

well, the first thing is, i'm pleasantly surprised you admitted to it. a lot of people wouldn't, so that in it of itself shows bravery.

the thing is, there are quite a few things you can do to earn TBT around here -- and none of them actually involve stealing others' artwork or characters and claiming them to be yours. i'm positive people would've helped you get your items as well, had you asked. as you already seem to know, it is never right to steal artwork, no matter the reason. if you had opened a shop for this art you claimed to do, what were you going to do when people asked for custom things? surely you wouldn't have been able to provide in this same style, perhaps give or take editing/recoloring, i suppose. but that would've been a really deep hole to dig yourself into.

i know we all do stupid things when we're young. i was a dumbass at 13 too -- however, as silly and ridiculous as i was, i never tried to steal others' works. what i'm saying is, you clearly know that it's the wrong thing to do, and therefore age is no excuse. we all make mistakes. my hopes are you learn from this one.

imagine, if you were to successfully sell these characters, had peoyne not pointed it out. imagine, you would have been giving someone else's original character to an unsuspecting person here -- an original character that already has a loving home, with a creator who adores them. the person here would have no idea that their new character was stolen. how would it feel for either of them to come across one another, only to find they have the exact same character? i know if i saw anyone with my characters, i'd be mortified. this hurts all parties, not just one.

i do not believe you need to leave TBT, or give away your things. you owned up to it, you feel the guilt -- that is the first step to resolving it. again, we all make dumb mistakes. please, just learn from this one. i also apologize if i was harsh in any manner. art theft is a serious matter, and is not to be taken lightly. i wish you the best of luck in things, regardless of what you do.
