How do I wake up cyrus (the blue alpaca from re-tail)?

From what I know, you have to sell 100,000 bells worth of items to Reese, have owned 100 pieces of furniture (simply having the items in your inventory at some point counts), and have 50 different clothing items in your catalog.

Cyrus should wake up after those requirements are fulfilled.
