It makes me happy to emerge from my home every morning and see Whitney walking around. I'm really glad she opted to be my next door neighbor. She has not disappointed! The other day I joined a conversation she was having with Lolly, and she was giving a lesson on proper etiquette. She's so classy, I love her. And yesterday, she gave me a Rococo Lamp saying it 'seemed like my style.' She was so right. Then the lamp gave me an idea.
I purchased a Blue Bookcase and, alas, nothing can be set on top of it. So I got to thinking, I wonder if the refurbished Rococo would look good in the Princess Room? I went to experimenting with the lamp that Whitney gave me, and the Gothic Yellow looked fairly decent. Fortunately, though, there was a Princess Table for sale today so I have something else to set my trinkets on. But, if I need to, I can order a Rococo Table or Dresser, fix it up, and turn it into a nice piece to sit stuff on.
So my Princess Room is slowly coming more and more together, now with only a couple little things awkwardly on the floor.

And here is my Mad Hatter comparison with the Shrunk Jacket. Looking at it side by side, I don't quite like it as much as the other. I like it much better for a White Rabbit outfit.

It could go either way for me. What do you people think?
Aside from that, Lolly wanted to come over and hang out at my house today. Of course I said yes. What Lolly wants, Lolly gets. So we got to playing around and having a good time when I discovered that when you dance, they dance with you. So unbearably adorable. <3
Wart Jr. asked me for an orange, and I was about to tell him that he was standing right beside the only orange tree in town when I remembered that I shook that tree bare just yesterday for Mitzi. So Wart Jr. gets no orange. I really need to plant some more fruit trees, or just replenish my stock at home.
Felicity told me she wanted to move. I'm dying for an open villager slot, and her house is right in the middle of a path right now...but I actually really like Felicity, and I'd like to at least get her picture before I let her go.
I ordered another room on the east wing of Storrs's basketball facility and ordered quite a bit of furniture to turn it into a nurse's room of sorts. Getting a new room is always frustrating at first. I mean, how on earth is it possible to make a room that small comfortable with any more than two things in it? Then you have to throw down another 500k just to make it livable. *sigh* At least it's usually worth it in the end.
Quite a lengthy post today, I apologize. Lots of progress is looking imminent in Storrs's future!
