Happy Daylight Savings Time! I got more than enough sleep last night, but I think since my mind knew it had missed an hour I was tired all morning. :p But this means lighter evenings and warmer weather is just around the bend.

Once I set my clocks forward, it started to rain. This is only the second rain shower of the season, I'm surprised. I really enjoy the rain. It's relaxing. And not to mention, fun to twirl your umbrellas!

...Unless it gets out of hand.
Remember to watch where you twirl those umbrellas, folks.

I expanded the new room in my alternate's house and got the nurse room all situated. I have a scale and a vision tester, plus a Minimalist Bed for a cot-type bed thing. Plus a Kitchen Sink, Medicine Chest, and a desk and chair. I feel like it's missing something, though...What other kinds of items would make sense?
While I think of ways to improve that, I've put in an order for the final expansion of the back room, which I've made into a locker room. I realized just yesterday that I actually did not have a single locker in there, so I found someone on the forums who could sell me one. I ordered several more and the room should be finally complete upon tomorrow.

I believe I've got Whitney's house all dressed up. :) I replaced the waterway around my house with the brick path so it wouldn't look weird when it connected to the path in front of her house. I would like to plant some flowers too but I'm not sure which ones would match the best. Maybe some white ones. Or I might just go crazy with bushes. I'll have to see.

Rainy days are fun. I love to see what everyone chooses for their umbrella.

Hmm, for the Nurse's Office, there is a hospital set - bed, screen, and tv. Also, the dentist's chair or IV drip might fit in. Beyond that, it sounds nice.

Have fun filling in the landscaping around Whitney's. Maybe some blue and orange flowers, to go with the brick coloring of her house? Or bushes would be pretty. Blue hydrangea, perhaps.

Thanks! I considered the hospital set, but I don't really want it to have a straight-up hospital look to it. I'm not sure what the Hospital Bed looks like though, I'll have to look into that one.

Wow, I'm actually surprised that it hasn't rained in my town yet. I can't wait for when I can finally take out my maple umbrella again!

I also ordered that Rococo wallpaper today. I'm excited for when it arrives. :)

Oh you must be feeling so deprived. *sends rainy wishes your way*
And yay! I'd love to see your Rococo room when you get it all done. o:

Ah, so you're looking for something more akin to a school nurse's office, then? I'd say the furniture you have is sufficient. Maybe a couple minimalist beds and a screen to go between them; I know our school nurse had that. :)

Meghan, you must just be down-river from the rest of us; you'll get your rainy season soon. ;)
