A: Yes, if you have placed an order before the thread/shop closed, we will contact you via
PM/VM to complete your order. The time it takes for us to contact you should not be long. If it is longer than 15 minutes, please contact (one of) us instead.
Q: Am I allowed to order more than once?
A: Yes, once your order has been completed you are allowed to place another order in our
shop. That means you are also allowed to order multiple times on the same day.
Q: I did not get a reply on my order. What should I do?
A: If you have not received a reply (whether it was on the thread, PM or VM), you should
contact us instead. It happens rarely, but we apologize in advance.
Q: What are common flowers?
A: Common flowers include red roses, white roses, yellow roses, red tulips, white tulips,
yellow tulips, red cosmos, white cosmos, yellow cosmos, red pansies, white pansies,
yellow pansies, red lilies, white lilies, yellow lilies, purple violets, white violets
and yellow violets.
Q: How many of (insert common flower here) do you have?
A: We never count the common flowers, so we are unsure about how much we exactly have
untill you ask us/order. Don't hesitate to ask, we're happy to check any time!
Q: Can I order here and pre-order in your other thread at the same time?
A: Yes, you can. (Note: Only if both threads are status: open)
Q: What does "currently unavailable" mean?
A: If this term shows up in our stock, it means that either of us isn't able to deliver flowers/bushes due to technical issues. This affects our stock, because some of the flowers are solely bred and kept by one person. Whoever is doing the orders will always be announced.
