Deleted character deletes house?

If you would have two characters,and you delete one of them with a big house,
what will hapen to the house and the items in it?

lol, they just demolish it and make it again but small version.

All their stuff gets sucked into an alternate dimension, and their house reverts to its original shack-like condition. It's almost like... they never existed. I mean... their stuff is gone, and you KNOW none of those animal neighbor's will ever remember them.

I think that only counts for items not with another character, so don't leave anything valuable on the floor if you want to delete a save.
