If no one has claimed him yet, I'd like to.
Would it be possible to get him later on the 15th (Friday for me) such as 8 or 9pm EST? I have work that day which is why I can't get on sooner. If not you can give him to someone else who has better availability.

Yes he's still available, 8PM EST would be good for me as that would be 1AM here and I'm not working Saturday.And I presume that the villagers stay up late if there are people visiting online?

Oh damn that's so late for you, I'm also not sure if villagers stay up that late, I'm pretty sure they go to sleep at their normal time even if they are moving out, so he may not even be awake by then.
It's okay to offer him to someone else who has a better timezone so you don't have to be up so late. He's not a dreamie of mine, I just thought he would work well in one of my towns. Plus, even after work I may not be able to get on at 8pm, so I really don't want you to be up so late waiting for me. Sorry but I'll have to decline Derwin, thank you thou!
