I have next to no bells but I can offer hybrid flowers.
Golden roses are the only hybrids that I do not breed.
If you have him and are willing to negotiate I am sure I can find a way to make a decent trade.

Please, help me find my rockabilly angel again. I know it is just a game but I literally feel like crying.

Was gonna say this and you beat me to it. You'll need to cycle through 16 villagers before getting Eugene back. After villager #16 moves in and out, you can get Eugene back.

Well um....I don't really know what to do then.
If I TT 16 villagers out then I will risk losing one of my other villagers.

Stuff like this makes me not want to touch the game for months or restart my town.
But I don't want to do anything drastic so I will just replace him with someone else.

You're right, you have to have 16 move OUT after the one you wanted went out

Oh, well that's what I was trying to say..

Like, let's say Merengue, Stitches, and Marshal are in the same town. Stitches was the original 5, Merengue and Marshal moved in after him.
Stitches leaves. Marshal moves out, but since he moved in after Stitches, he counts as 1 for the Stitches Cycle. Then Merengue moved out. That's 2 for Stitches cycle.
That's what I meant. I guess.
