Everything looks great, the neck shadow looks awkward though.

The hair also seems like it's glued to the face, usually hair comes off and has excess strands as well.

The head is kinda big. Either that or the shoulders are too small (shoulders are 3x the width of the head). I agree with MayorEvvie about the hair. It seems a little stiff and too uniform. There should be different sized layers and strands.

i think its the shoulders, due to when i digitalized it the shoulders looked tiny so i expanded them

I think it's adorable and I love your style but the neck shadow is unnecessary and you could work on the hair a bit. I'd love to see more of your art here!
