I’m not asking for a lot, like 10TBT? However, given that you’ve already had her, I’m not sure you can adopt her because you would have to cycle through 16 villagers before you’re eligible to “recruit” her back to your town.

The easiest way to get her now for you, would be to have her card and scan her in in order to override the system.

To be honest, i completely forgot how many villagers came after her, it's actually been awhile since i played animal crossing, i doubt i manage to hit 16 already, i think it wont work for me but i'm up to try if you feel like it, otherwise i hope you can make someone else happy with her. =)
