Did pre-orders go live in Japan yet?

Interested if eShop started taking orders at midnight in JP. I know some of you read/follow Japanese social media.

For the DLC? Not live yet, probably not until 10am.

I just checked my Japanese account, and the Happy Home Paradise DLC wasn't available yet (Japan eShop). Like mirukushake said, probably not until 10 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST). 4 and a half hours, maybe? Unless they wait until noon, which has happened before, I think.

It doesn't look like they specified a time. It just says Friday, October 29th on the website.
