Sonic 06 wasn't supposed to be a piece of crud. The Sonic team rushed ahead due to Sonics anniversary, they didn't want to dissapoint the fans so the game was rushed. Sadly at the same time they decided that they should make a SECOND game while 06 was being made. With the limited time and people of the create the game. Sonic 06 became doomed, ironicly the game they were working on was a port of 06 for the Wii. Yet they changed this because they wanted to use the motion contrils the wii has. Creating the abomination that is the game, Sonic and the Secret Rings.
