Didn't get my birthday bells?

I came on, and I had a note from the gyroid saying that I had been given 115 bells for my birthday. Upon checking my balance, I had not gained any.

Can someone help me with this issue? ;3;

mine took 24 hours to show up. maybe give it some time, and if you dont get them by midnight, contact a mod and see whats wrong

Anyways, Happy Brithday! Just wait a while and it should show up, ether in your ABD or not.

I had my birthday on 17th January and never got any birthday bells following the PM.
Emailed a mod about it but no reply.
Looking at transactions, nothing about it in the log either.

it's not really their main concern and it's been like this for a while

also it's just online currency it's not really that big of a deal, but i understand the OP wants some bells

Also if you don't have a birthday set on your profile you aren't going to receive any bells. And if you do set a birthday note that you won't be able to receive birthday bells if you set it under a month or so. So if went onto your profile right now and set your birthday to April 20, you won't get birthday bells until next year because it's too close to that date.

I never got any bells from my birthday before. I just assumed it stopped. :/
