If you been to a hackers town or if a hacker been to your town or if you was wifiing with a friend who doesnt hack but have a hacker as their friend you will get it. Its just like the clown mask but a hacked version of it i have these its a neat mask.

Hackers don't have any hold on someones game. They can't choose if its instore or not for someone else. If its in the catalog you could be looking a making some money.
