DIY Recipes?

How do I get more DIY recipes? I know when I invited an amiibo villager to my campsite I got some DIY recipes, but I don't want to kick someone out by moving an amiibo villager in.

You can find them in message bottles on the beach, in regular balloons, and from your villagers. Sometimes mine have given me recipes randomly but usually it happens when you visit them in their house and talk to them while they're crafting (if they have workbenches or diy tables as furniture).

I’ve noticed that every AM and every PM, one of my villagers is in their house and will give me a DIY they’re working on!

When villagers are in their houses, try going inside. If they are working at their DIY bench, they will give you a recipe then too.
