DLC Help?

Hi. So, I've been trying to get some of the DLC in ACHHD, by going on the Blue 3DS upstairs. It worked the first time- Managed to get Louie and designed him a Mario house! But when I try again to get the Monster Hubter stuff, which was released in Europe, it won't work. Or anything else, for a fact. Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Thanks for your time

There's only one DLC character at a time. So right now, you can only get Louie by Spotpass.

Yes, he's back until the end of the month. It's unknown if they're going to cycle back through all of them or just Louie, though.

That explains why no one new is showing up in either my NA or HHD version... Wish Filly weren't a 7-11 exclusive in Japan though, kind of hate having her in my NA version but not my JP version... :/

You never know, they might come back. I didn't expect Louie to come back, especially not so soon.

I cant get Louie on my blue DS upstairs?
Does it have to be on a nintendo zone location?
