DNC email controvery

Well, the Democratic National Committee has just gotten involved in an email scandal after getting hacked where the emails leaked that the DNC had been trying to sabotage the campaign of Bernie Sanders and get Hillary Clinton to win. Many of these hackers are said to have ties with the Russian government. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is resigning as the DNC's chair.
What do you think of this event?

Unsurprising. Bernie Sanders was for the people. I mean, really for the people. And that's dangerous. Had to get rid of him.

I think that at this point we should just force both major parites to redo their entire campaign from scratch with the current candidates forcibly and permanently ejected from the running

of course this won't ever happen, so uh, guess I may as well watch while America's corrupt political system destroys itself and takes down as many people as it can around it

Wow! Told everybody the primary was rigged! Bernie had sooo many people at his rallies all the time. I'm so sick of the Dems. Totally leaving the party! I'm way over the 2 party system. This is great news for us Berners.

CNN said that the Russian government might be doing the hacks to help Trump win.

I don't really think it changed the outcome of the primary. Clinton got several million more votes than Sanders and I don't think that there would have been a difference if the DNC was unbiased. This is like Deflategate; the incident probably didn't affect the outcome, but the problem is that it calls into question the integrity of the system. If Trump wins, the Democratic Party will have no one to blame but themselves for nominating such a badly flawed candidate such as Clinton who basically embodies the kind of insider politics that people hate.
