Do villagers on your HHP island still have a chance of being encountered on a Nook Miles island or your campsite?

Currently I have Lucy as a resident in HHP, but at some point I think I'll want her on my main island. I'm aware there's no way to invite your HHP villagers to your main island, and that it's possible for one villager to be a resident on both your main island and HHP via souvenirs, but I'm not sure if your HHP residents can still appear on Nook Miles islands or your campsite.

Hmm I am not sure how that works. Of course there is no way to invite a villager from HHP to your island, but you can invite then from your island into HHP if you give them a Souvenir Cookie. Its RNG sometimes they may appear at the Nmt island or other times at a random visit from the campsite.

The villagers are more like clones of each other. Even you were to find Lucy by the island or campsite she doesn't know who you are despite the fact that you had her on at the Resort. Its weird and they don't really explain how its even possible. So again its RNG based. Sorry if this is not like a clear answer, but this game is really weird with how it spawns the villagers.

I have Nate and Eunice as my guests in HHP and I recently encountered them while Villager hunting. They have no recollection of being guests so I think that means you can still invite them to your island as villagers. I didn't really try if we could actually invite them though since I don't want doppelgangers. Breaks the immersion and all.

If only you can also kick out guests in HHP.

Yeah thats another thing I forgot to mention once you invite a villager to HHP there is no way to remove them off of the resort.

Yeah you can add all the villagers to HHP so of course they can still be found on islands/campsite. Or else thwy would run out, then what? Its a separate game mode, they just let you invite your villagers to make houses because it makes sense that you would be able to.

Yeah, you still find them in the normal game. HHP is kind of it's own thing. Though if you make a home for a villager you invite from your town with the chocolate, and if they move out of your town you can no longer edit their vacation home.

I think of it like when a villager moves away and then u see them again on a dodo island and they don’t know you. Just another version of same villager
