I will definitely see it, but I'm also dreading where they may take the plot and how the new films are going to treat the jedi and especially the Luke Skywalker story.

speaking of Luke, here's a new photo published today where he's looking badaiss...

I've never seen a Star Wars movie and I don't see that changing because of this.

i plan to see it before i die, sure, but not gonna run to the cinema as star wars is cute but just a lot of aliens shooting lazers at one another for 200 minutes w a lot of black space

I love it. Can't wait to see it.

It was a part of my childhood and it never ceases to impress me, especially visually.

i'm definitely going to see it. i love everything star wars, and the first film of the new trilogy was pretty good.

I'll definitely see it. I grew up with Star Wars (and Star Trek and Stargate). My family is more into it than I am but I wouldn't miss it.

I'm hoping General Hux will die (haha) and that Finn will be force-sensitive too. I hope they aren't too hard on Luke, the idea of him being some lonely, depressed old man is really sad :c

my husband and I are both pretty excited about it!

probably won't get to see it in the theater, but we'll see it eventually.

probably not, not into sw at all to be honest. hope it's good though so they dont ruin it at least

Going to spoiler tag it, not sure if it's worth it but everyone is welcome I suppose.

Looking forward to it with muted expectations I suppose. I'm sure I'll go and see it with my dad - he's still a big fan after all these years. We all know Episode VII was as tame as possible with such a similar storyline to A New Hope to make sure it didn't go wrong, very few boundaries being pushed. Hoping to get a much better view of how Luke failed in his training of his new Jedi including Ben Solo, that flashback in the rain could do with some details filling in around it. Are they going to zig or are they going to zag in terms of Rey's parentage? Must everyone in the galaxy far, far away be related? It would probably be more of a twist now if she weren't related and a regular (force-sensitive) girl left on Jakku.
