Right now, no. There's still so many more villagers they could add/return. And by the way, you gotta remember that the Series 1/4 Packs had 100 cards, with some being special npcs. So we could be getting a whole lot new series of amiibo cards just for these new and hopefully returning villagers. Just not now, too soon.

If anything I see them reprinting the cards and adding the 8 new villagers into each pack.
