Do you time travel?

Do you time travel? I do sometimes, like when Nooks is closed and I have a lot of stuff to sell :p

Yessir, sometimes i get bored i just TT a day.

I time travel, only if:

- I miss a day or more
- I want to get items faster, when I'm close to those days
- I wish to regrow my grass or snow

That's what I usually do.
I'd recommand to use Wii Clock instead of in-game's clock if you TT. Doing so will avoid Joan's lacking red turnip seed and turnip prices pattern will be less likely to go into steady decline.

Only to help me re-grow my grass.

Or on special event days so I can complete the special furnature series.

Sometimes, when I get tired of waiting for Nook to open and have already done everything there is to do.

I used to, but now I wanna be able to buy red turnips again.
If you update your Wii time, then... well, you probably could get red turnips.
that's what I do with my DS version... I don't usually buy red turnips, though. they're like little turnip-y babies... sounds difficult to me.

I used to, but now I'm not playing it at all. I'll get back it soon, tho.

Changing the actual console clock is dumb. It will screw up all the messages your receive and any other time-based games (Wii Fit, Sports Resort, etc.) you play. Just use the in-game clock if you want to change the date. The penalties are minor:
Low, LOW turnip prices
no red turnips
no phineas in the city
no Gracie in GracieGrace
items in Redd's shop and GracieGrace sold out
These penalties are just to make sure nobody takes advantage of the clock although it is still very easy to do so. Animal Crossing was meant to be enjoyed day by day at the same pace as your life, but the clock was put it and made able to adjust in case you missed something you feel was really important or so you don't go changing the Wii Clock and screw up your Wii.

I would just like to point the fails in your Statement.

1. You dont get any lower than 50 bells, but you dont get higher than a 100 for about a week.
2. Actually you DO get red turnips still, but only if you've waited a week to see her (so if you bought some, played a week, missed her then went back she still has some.)
3. He appears on certain weeks, regardless.
4. Again i've timetravelled and seen her.
5. Gracie Grace items ONLY sell out during the season change sales. If you were to TT to when she opens a new range, she has all the items in (i know because i skipped from october to january and she had a whole set in).

And wtf? It doesnt MAJORLY screw up your wii, it'll knock it out of balance untill you TT back and update the channels/Games :/

And yes i have.
