Does anyone have a Town Hall or Nook's tent I can use?

Hey you guys!

My tent is upgrading to town hall today so I can't exchange any of my nook miles. Does anyone have an island I can visit that has the Town Hall or Nook's tent I can use? I would also just like to visit somebody's island.
