Does anyone know the best app to make a signature on?[CLOSE]

I ordered a signature from a user and she said she will do this signature for me but after that she never replied back that is it done and it have been a month.
So anyways that's why l wanted to try to make myself a signature.

What is the best app that is free that l can download on my computer?

I use this for making it, this and this for villager sprites, this one for other sprites and I choose gif options from here. After that's done, you need to make it a real image so upload the url to this website and you're good to go.

Note that sometimes you may have to do some adjusting to the gif/image itself which require other websites too or I can just make it for you if you'd like lol. I can do name sigs, full sigs, combined sigs, shape sigs and gif or non-gif
