i seen someone fish it up from a river in the southern hemisphere, so in fall i believe

edit; its also called a snapping turtle and boy, this lil dude is super cool

you have to fish it from the river!
i'm in the southern hemisphere and some friends already got this turtle. i'm not sure why he stays that way, though.

i've seen cj around and he mentioned something about making a model of your favorite fish so it's likely the same for flick, also gonna need 3 of the same thing to make it an item because modeling lol
