If I have a day with good luck with belongings and I go to another island, can my tools break there, or does the luck stick?
Does luck with belongings work if you're on another island?

I've tested this myself before, and it can work on other islands! I was able to use my main rep's belongings good luck ability to another family member's island to help them dig up their island's flower infestation! My flimsy shovel was able to work throughout my character's entire in game day without breaking!
