Does the game guarantee you get all personalities?

So I have my starting villagers, Poncho (jock) and Rocket (sisterly), then the random move ins are Octavian (cranky), Ken (smug), Egbert (lazy), and Anabelle (peppy), with my mystery tour/amiibo invites being Doc (lazy) and Marina (normal). So now I only have 1 slot left and no snooty. If I let the game pick my last villager for me, will they for sure give me a random snooty villager? Or is it just a random villager in general, regardless of personality? I really want to have all personalities and I definitely don't want to use another amiibo to get one. I am only allowing myself 1 amiibo choice and that was Marina. But I don't wanna be stuck without one. I just need someone to ease my mind that the game will complete my personalities. If not... I'd have to get lucky with the tours to meet a snooty.

I think its random! You can not count on the game after the first 3 move is!

Oh poopy.. Hopefully I run into a snooty randomly on a tour then If all else fails, maybe I'll use an amiibo card, but I'll put all the snooties in a pile and then randomly select so it still feels random XD
