can always just call up your local gamestop and ask, probably the best way to know for sure
It doesn't list it in their website, so I would assume no. But as others have said best thing to do would be ring up and ask. They do things differently in store here depending on the amount of stock they have, at least that's what they do here anyway.

In addition to all the excellent points above, North American retailers generally don't seem to be responding very quickly to the announcements (hard to figure out if they aren't getting sufficient retailer info or what). A few are getting stuff up on their sites, but many are not. The NFC bundle is only just now showing up on some retailers' sites and the poster itself only appeared as an offer recently. It'll be interesting to hear what your local retailer says!

Did you speak to a manager? Half the employees at those stores never know anything which is disappointing (I mean best buy employees told me the game was delayed until December -_-).
I guess you just have to check the website as well and see if they announce anything there? It's a bit disappointing they don't know when the game is being released so soon :/

I believe OP was referring to the North American release of the New Nintendo 3DS, which releases as a bundle with Happy Home Designer, two sets of faceplates and an amiibo card, not the XL bundle. It was announced on the 31st.

I would say yes.. we preordered it too so why wouldn't we get one also? I definitely will be raising a stink about that. Why should people only spending $30 for the game get a poster when those of us who are paying $200 dollars don't get it. It wouldn't make sense..

but i mean you're getting two free face plates, an isabelle one, and one that's similar to the poster. why complain? if you REALLY want a poster you can just ask if you can buy one if they have any left over.

I'm not sure about pre-ordering the N3DS bundle online, but if your local EB Games/Gamestop happen to get the poster bonus with their shipment, I don't see why they wouldn't offer to give you one.
I was given the bonus for Story of Seasons even though I didn't pre-order the game. The employee said they had extras.
