Does Time Travelling affect how long it will take to build Club LOL?

On Saturday (June 22), Shrunk came to my town with a petition for Club LOL to be built. I got all 6 signatures, and returned it to him. He said he didn't know when it would be built, so I looked it up online, and the build time is 5 days. That means that it should be finished on Thursday the 27th.

BUT, today I completely paid off the Dream Suite, and unlocked the Museum Shop as a Public Works project. I couldn't wait for the Dream Suite to open or to start working on the Museum Shop, so I time travelled to tomorrow, and then came back to today. Will Club LOL still open on the 27th? Or will it open on the 28th? Or will it not open at all?! Please help!

it'll open on the 26th, I think. it counts 5 days, so if you travelled a day forward, it counted as a day. even if you travelled back later on.

It will open eventually, maybe even a day early. Usually going a day forward speeds up construction and going backward usually does nothing to help construction. Sometimes it speeds it up both ways.

Also the day goes forward somewhere between 5 and 6am (I think 6am). So if you Time travel back to earlier in the morning you get a double benefit.
